HubPharm Africa was founded in 2021 by pharmacists who had seen firsthand what happens when patients cannot access their medications - the missed doses, the deteriorating health, the preventable deaths. We built HubPharm to fix that.
Today, we are Africa's leading AI-powered specialty pharmacy and coordinated care platform. From our base in Ikosi Ketu, Lagos, we serve over 10,200 chronic care patients across Nigeria and ship specialty medicines internationally to patients in 31 countries through our Diaspora Care programme.
