Hexaxim (DTaP-IPV-HB-Hib) is a combination vaccine that provides immunization against six pediatric diseases: diphtheria (D), tetanus (T), pertussis (whooping cough), polio, hepatitis B (HB), and invasive diseases caused by Haemophilus influenzae type b (Hib).
