Primary Uses:
Moderate to Severe Persistent Allergic Asthma:

Used in patients aged 6 years and older who have uncontrolled asthma despite inhaled corticosteroids. Omalizumab reduces the frequency of asthma exacerbations by lowering IgE levels, which reduces allergic responses.
Chronic Spontaneous Urticaria (Chronic Hives):

Approved for treating chronic hives (urticaria) that have not responded to antihistamines in patients aged 12 and older. It helps reduce itching and the occurrence of hives.
Nasal Polyps (Add-on Treatment):

In some cases, omalizumab is used as an adjunct therapy for nasal polyps in patients who also suffer from chronic rhinosinusitis.
