Indirab Injection helps prevent rabies. It is given as an injection into the muscle of the upper arm. If you are at risk of being bitten, the vaccine is given as a course of three injections on 0, 3, and 7 days. A booster dose is needed one year after completing this course.

Description
INDIRAB is recommended for the prevention of rabies in Pre-exposure and Post- exposure subjects. The vaccination schedule should be adopted according to the category of exposure and the immune status of the subject. The recommended dose for intradermally is 0.1mL in each upper arm (over the left and right deltoids).
