HubCare Health CEO, Sesan Kareem in an interview with Punch Newspaper correspondent Lara Adejoro reiterated the dangers inherent in abusing prescription drugs in Nigeria.

Kareem said all these kinds of prescriptions contribute to serious health challenges, adverse drug reactions, overdose, drug interactions, harm, adding that wrong drug usage can even lead to death.

“Nigerians need experts’ advice before buying or using medicine because all drugs can become poison if not used correctly.

“Buying medicine is not like buying a cloth or shoe. It is an important decision that requires intentionality because of harm to life,” he said
